The Inventory Planning Clerk 2 ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 4:00PM EST
Location: This is an onsite role. 512 Elmwood Ave, Sharon Hill, PA 19079
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Processes and reconciles daily cancelled Baker orders for inventory adjustments. Performs month pharmacy inspection for short-dated products in accordance with SOP.Assists with daily inventory cycle counts associated with A,B C schedules.Maintains knowledge of loss prevention techniquesQuality assurance--daily weight validation audits on controlled medication, Processes and logs undeliverable returns for return to stock, or destruction.Works with reverse distributors, arranges product pickups in accordance with DEA guidelines.Assist in internal physical inventory financial audits as needed.Pulls recalled items and maintains records in accordance with FDA guidelines.Prepares internal/external product transfers for shipment.Verifies DSCSA Vendor information in accordance with FDA requirements.Assists with organizing product placement/storage.Daily reconciliation of out going orders with Great Plains perpetual inventory systemAdditional Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and mathematical skills - RequiredAbility to understand the importance of and respect the confidentiality of all patient information, as well as, state and federal law.Professional demeanor.Education and/or Experience:
Knowledge of medication brand/generic names and DEA controlled substance schedules.Understanding of medical terminology and pharmaceutical calculations.Computer Skills
Basic Microsoft Office Knowledge, Great Plains (preferred)

May sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day. May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required. May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion. Visual acuity to see and read fine prints. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to hear normal voice sounds. The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
