Responsibilities\nHe/She has to responsible for managing, controlling, and monitoring stock accuracy to be achieved KPI of DHL and Customer.\nIdentify the problem from operations procedures related to stock accuracy, and propose the solution to make effective/efficiency in operations processes.\nPlan improve inventory control for makeup performance, design solution audit stock movement correctly information in system and balance stock between DHL and Customer.\nTo supervise Inventory team leaders in performing day-to-day Inventory work so that the assigned work is control as planned and completed as scheduled in the manner that complies with the set standards, processes, procedures, work instructions and SOPs.\nDevelop team leaders to be stronger in “Inventory Control Logic” and “people management”.\nRequirements\nAt least 5-7 years of working experience in Warehouse Operation Management or Inventory Management specifically\nUnderstand on WMS system, WMOS is desirable for this role\nGood communication both in English and Thai\nPC Literacy\nStrong interpersonal & effective communication skills in relationship with Customers\nAbility to work independently, conscientiously and under pressure\nKnowledge of Fresh and Frozen product\nGood balance of Result and Respect approach\nWilling to work at abnormal hours, on weekend and holiday\n
