Hiring Full Time Inventory Specialist

Job Description

As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing and managing spare parts, ensuring accurate data entry into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), conducting regular inventory audits, and collaborating with maintenance teams to maintain efficient stock levels. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.

ResponsibilitiesOrganize spare parts into logical and easily accessible groups, ensuring correct storage and labeling for efficient retrieval.Record part numbers, descriptions, and other relevant details, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.Enter all relevant spare parts data into the CMMS, including part numbers, descriptions, and quantities.Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with maintaining accurate stock levels, resolving discrepancies as needed.Collaborate with maintenance personnel to identify critical spare parts and ensure timely restocking of high-demand items.Maintain accurate records to minimize errors and discrepancies in the system.Generate and maintain reports on inventory levels, part usage, and stock trends for the maintenance team and management.Essential Skills1+ years of experience in inventory management, parts organization, or a related field.1+ years of experience in data entry on inventory management systems within a manufacturing environment.General understanding of machine parts, components, and equipment.Proficiency with CMMS software, inventory management systems, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy when entering part information and organizing inventory.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and suppliers.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00
