This person will be responsible for managing aged inventory, updating system notes, following-up on outstanding items, and updating daily reports. Additionally, the role includes providing out of office coverage for the drop ship teams.

ResponsibilitiesProactively work to reduce on-hand aged inventoryManage existing aged inventory by working closely with the sales organization and buyersMaintain daily Purchasing Operations reports, ensuring all data is up to date and accurateProvide out of office coverage for drop ship/purchasing teamUpdate reports and maintain aging reportsRespond to sales requestsProvide administrative/clerical support to buyersHandle minimal purchasing duties with the potential for more responsibilities after gaining experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree (preferred)Experience using Power BIExperience supporting sales teams

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00
