Inventory Specialist
**Job Title: Inventory Specialist- Weekly Pay $19.50+** **Job Description** The Inventory Specialist accurately and safely distributes material internally and externally to the facility in an efficient and expeditious manner. The job is responsible for stocking, inventory management, and handling of all manufacturing materials. The job requires accurate counting and kitting of materials. Ability to follow written and verbal directions and communicate effectively with team members both orally and written. **Responsibilities** + Accurately handle transactions and physical movement of material in and out of the stockroom + Responsible for accurate inventory level management + Maintain cycle counts and a clean warehouse + Accurately kit all work orders + Assist in all WIP movement and transactions + May assist with shipping, receiving, and packaging as needed + May drive company truck and/or forklift + May perform other duties as required + Attendance is an essential duty of this position **Essential Skills** + 1-2+ years of recent experience performing inventory in a high-volume manufacturing, stockroom, or warehouse environment + 1+ year experience in any type of material distribution environment, especially supporting manufacturing, is a plus + Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems + Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts and weekend days as needed + Comfortable using a computer, with a majority of time spent performing inventory and entering parts info into ERP/MRP systems **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Warehouse experience to support a manufacturing environment + SAP experience (but any ERP/MRP knowledge or highly proficient computer usage can suffice) **Why Work Here?** UltraClean is rapidly growing in Austin, TX due to moving some operations here from California as well as increases in business coming through. Shift: 1st Shift (6am-2:30pm), must be available for up to 10-12 hours a day and weekend days as needed. Air-conditioned warehouse; must be comfortable working partially outdoors. Ability to exert up to 45 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, and grasp. Ability to move arms, hands, and fingers. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing and bending intermittently during work hours. Subject to frequent interruptions. Close vision required. Subject to noise levels. Subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions. May involve exposure to noise hazard areas. Subject to hazards including electrical current, moving mechanical parts, exposure to chemicals, and debris. Subject to hazards, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat, or exposure to chemicals. Subject to hazards including working on ladders. Required to wear personal protective equipment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
