**Job Title: Inventory Specialist** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, data entry, and warehouse operations. This role requires proficiency with MS Office programs and ERP systems like SAP. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for tracking and maintaining inventory, ensuring safe operations, and continually improving processes through 5S methodology. **Responsibilities** + Tracking and maintaining inventory. + Performing computer entry work and logging inventory for reporting purposes. + Maintaining good housekeeping in the work area to keep it free from safety hazards. + Ensuring safe operations of forklifts and pallet jacks if necessary. + Following Environmental Health and Safety regulations while working in a fast-paced environment. + Ensuring items are correctly labeled and organized. + Continually improving operations and the working environment through 5S methodology. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, and/or production with specific skills related to inventory/material handling. + Basic knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP (or other ERP system), and time keeping applications. + Experience with data entry and warehouse operations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + System-savvy with proficiency in Excel and SAP or similar ERP systems. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following safety regulations. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where your contributions are valued and your professional growth is supported.
