POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inventory Specialist maintains and ensures accuracy of Tracker Marine inventory by working various reports, conducting audits and communicating results with Base Camp Management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Performs data entry for new unit sales of boats and ATVs. Performs pricing audits on new units that ensures proper pricing at the point of sale. Participates in twice weekly customer care meetings while taking notes for entry in our Service Cloud. Follow ups as needed during the week to keep all entries current. Retains accurate records.Communicates problems / issues / discrepancies with Management.ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNEDEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or EquivalentExperience: 1-2 years of experience preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Ability to accurately work reports and keep organized recordsAbility to collect data, identify problems, establish facts, draw accurate conclusions and make recommendations to resolve issuesAbility to read and analyze reportsAbility to process and organize informationAbility to write reports and effectively present information from findings to ManagementProficient with PC-based reports, data base, spreadsheets and inventory management systemsTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
