Our client, a third-party logistics and fulfillment company is looking to hire an Inventory Supervisor for their locations in Middletown, Steelton, Harrisburg, and Hershey, PA areas. This role requires a strong background in inventory management within a warehouse setting, combined with at least one year of supervisory experience. The successful candidate will be bilingual and will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing storage solutions, and leading a dedicated team.

The Day-to-Day:

Lead and develop a team of inventory associates, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.Oversee inventory audits, reconciliations, and the resolution of discrepancies.Implement and enforce inventory management procedures and best practices.Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient inventory flow and address any related issues.Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare reports on inventory performance and key metrics.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse policies.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.Proven experience in inventory management and control.Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Flexibility to work the specified shift and days.
