Responsibilities\nTrack individual and teams performance (Daily Reports, Transactions Matching)\nOversee the weekly cycle count \nAnalyze the data collected (including trends and deviation), and identify actions to improve performance\nSupervise day-to-day performance, including achievement of agreed customer KPIs and other internal KPIs (eg. safety, operational, employee related etc)\nTrack month-by-month budget expenditure in area of responsibility\nSupport the recruitment, appraisal and disciplinary / exit processes and provide recommendations\nConduct performance reviews and coaching with all direct reports and recommend performance ratings to management\nImplements site plans within own area of operation\nMonitor performance of people, equipment and processes and highlight to management areas for improvement\nImplements timely reporting processes and corrective actions for under performance\nCommunicates operational results\nRequirements\nGraduate of any course\nWith warehousing experience performing a Supervisory role and with knowledge on inventory processes\nResults oriented and keen to details\nCan start ASAP\n
