JOB TITLE: Inventory & Systems Specialist FUNCTION: Manage inventory and provide daily systems support for inventory management applications across the entire organization. LOCATION: Logan, UT KEY ACTIVITIES: + Visualize, fulfill, and implement the Company’s vision and core values. + Effectively manage and control SPC inventory in accordance to the business needs and practices of the organization. + Conduct general system audits to evaluate and ensure alignment with company needs and best practice standards. + Develop and manage production assembly kits for manufactured items. + Perform accurate and timely physical quantity and average cost adjustments. + Conduct effective and timely cycle counts through implementation of best-practice methodologies and Company operating procedures. + Coordinate with third party inventory services to perform on-site administration, support, and preparatory functions for annual counts. + Provide daily system support for SPC asset management system (BisTrack) and other applications. + Submit support and enhancement requests, facilitate troubleshooting for BisTrack users, and resolve improperly processed transactions. + Provide training and support for mobile scanner and wireless printing users. + Provide systems training for new hires, new users, and current users based on user-need and company practice. + Adhere to standards of conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct. + Perform other duties as assigned by location management. + Preform all Digital Receiving for Location. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS + Strong knowledge of Sunpro’s products and services. + Demonstrates proficiency in the use of inventory software. + Effective written and verbal communication skills. + Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. + Demonstrates strong organizational skills. + Exhibit’s ability to think creatively to devise best inventory control practices. + Able to function effectively as part of a high-performance production team. + Ability to achieve performance objectives in a time-sensitive and quality-centered environment. + Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE + High school diploma or general education degree (GED). + Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, etc. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS + Physical Work Requirements - Light: exerting up to 15 lbs of force occasionally. + Repetitive motion associated with operating various types of equipment. + Occasional automotive travel to job sites and work locations.
