**Job Title: Inventory Team Leader** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Inventory Team Leader to oversee the inventory control and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 2-3 initially, with potential expansion to 5-10 team members. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within a structured environment, adhering to standard operating procedures and protocols. **Responsibilities** + Oversee and manage inventory control and shipping processes. + Supervise a team of 2-3 employees, with potential to expand to 5-10 members. + Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and protocols. + Support the transition of buildings and implement necessary changes. + Utilize Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting purposes. **Essential Skills** + Inventory control experience. + Supervisory or lead inventory experience. + Experience working in a structured environment with procedures and SOPs. + Receiving experience is an asset. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Cycle count **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment. + Experience in building transitions is an asset. + Cherry picker and Reach Forklift is a plus **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team in a climate-controlled facility with opportunities for career growth.
