As the Invest Servicing Sr. Specialist III within JP Morgan Wealth Management, you will be responsible for receiving and resolving client and advisor inquiries and complaints, operating with limited direct supervision. You will tackle the most complex client and advisor issues, respond to questions and complaints, conduct research, maintain records of problems and resolutions, and escalate issues to the appropriate department or address them within established timeframes. You are expected to assist clients and advisors with functions including, but not limited to, CSC Unlicensed, Broker, Managed, and 529 as needed. Your role involves handling mostly non-routine duties and tasks, requiring your experience to successfully accomplish them.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.Bachelor's degree/degree level education or equivalent experience a plus but not requiredVoice function or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
