As an Investigations Clerk in the Restructuring business, you will embody drive, embrace change and take risks. You will solve problems and be a team player in our Restructuring business and assist with the implementation of British Virgin Islands based Business Development and Marketing Events. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Assist with maintaining diaries, preparation of correspondence, filing, data entry of timesheets and expense claims etc. Maintain CRM system with contacts, opportunities, pipeline Conduct client onboarding, including AML checks Assist with power point presentations and perform basic research Preparing and tracking payments in and out Arrange meetings internally and externally on behalf of MD & Team to include conference call arrangement Organise couriers and deliveries as required and assign job codes, as well as ensuring mail is recorded and distributed appropriately Maintain and arrange stationery and office supplies Receive Company visitors Assists with building market position by locating and taking steps to develop business relationships. Identifies ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcement; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments. Locates and proposes potential opportunities for elevating the Kroll brand both locally, and on a local scale Represent the Company at events and able to communicate effectively with potential clients. 

Essential Traits:

3+ years experience carrying out Office Manager duties within a fast-paced setting 3+ years event planning experience Intermediate Microsoft Suite proficiency Outstanding customer service skills Exceptional organizational skills
