REQ10087 Investigator, Operations & Executive Protection Philippines (Open)

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Investigator, Operations & Executive Protection Philippines is responsible for assisting in the operation and implementation of investigative cases, as well as performing Executive Protection duties.  

OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Performs discreet investigations as directed by Investigations Management.   
2.    Provides weekly or incident specific intelligence reports.
3.    Generates and maintains external intelligence sources and report findings to the Investigation Management.
4.    Assists in gathering intelligence on staff activities on and off duty.
5.    Performs ad hoc tasks and/or fulfills responsibilities that may be assigned by  management and/or immediate superior as the business operations required.
6.    Attends training and works on personal development such as:

a.    Participating in any training programs offered to the Investigation division.b.    Keep up-to-date with department and company policies and procedures.c.    Effectively manages and maintains own quality of work performance.d.    Actively participates in regular performance improvement reviews 

EXECUTIVE PROTECTION RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Carries Executive Protection duties in any location.
2.    Complies fully with instructions / task as assigned by Superior, and the Department S.O.P. 
3.    Maintains highly sensitive and confidential information.
4.    Conducts ongoing threat, risk and vulnerability assessments and gather internal / external Intelligence.
5.    Identifies threats and vulnerabilities via investigation, advance planning, site visits, whether in-house or off-property.
6.    Completes suspicious activity reports, incident reports, services logs, and other administrative and logistic requirements.
7.    Oversees vehicle management & maintenance.  
8.    Operates motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner.

9.    Manages executive protection equipment.
10.  Complies with Corporate Standards Physical Training and Assessment which includes: 

a.    Regular physical training to maintain high level of physical fitness and personal appearance.b.    Regular continuation and skills training, which includes firearms, driving, self-defense, and first-aid. c.    Pass the Quarterly Physical Assessment which will be recorded. 

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: 

1.    Assist in tracking and monitoring parties of interest 
2.    Reports are completed in a timely manner
3.    Statutory regulations are complied with

QUALIFICATIONS:

I.    Experience

Experience in some fields of investigative process will be in advanced consideration.

II.    Education 

Tertiary education is preferred but not required.

III.    Skills / Competencies 

1.    Fluent in written and spoken English. 
2.    Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
3.    Understanding of public source references and the ability to obtain information through several different means.

2.    Willing to work flexible hours as operational needs require
3.    Remain completely discreet in operation on and off duty
