**About The Role**
We're looking for an Investment Analyst to join our industry-leading institutional investment consulting firm in Downtown Toronto's heart.

**What You’ll Do**
+ Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly performance reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity for clients.
+ Conduct peer reviews and quality checks to maintain high reporting standards.
+ Communicate with investment managers, custodians, and recordkeepers to gather data and insights.
+ Support the Consulting team by providing timely analysis and value-added solutions for client needs.
+ Research and evaluate investment managers, analyzing performance, strategy, and portfolio characteristics.
+ Collaborate with internal teams on manager research, due diligence, and industry trends.
+ Assist in investment governance services, including asset allocation modelling and rebalancing recommendation
**Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success**
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
+ **Experience:** 0-3 years in investment analysis, finance, or a similar field.
+ Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
+ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ **Certifications:** Completion of CFA Level 1 is a plus
