We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Investment Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to work on investment analysis, portfolio strategy, and global agriculture market research. The intern will collaborate with internal teams to prepare financial models, analyze potential investment opportunities, and assist with long-term strategic planning. This role is ideal for students passionate about financial modeling and investment analysis who are looking to apply their skills in a dynamic and global environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Analyze potential investment opportunities across North America, Australia, and New Zealand.
Assist in drafting portfolio and investment commentary to support strategic initiatives.
Monitor global agriculture markets to inform investment decisions.
Prepare investment offering materials and construct detailed financial models.
Review property budgets and long-term strategic plans to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
Collaborate on strategy review and planning projects, including attribution analysis, economic research, and updating short- and long-term modeling assumptions.
By the end of the internship, you will: deliver a comprehensive attribution analysis by crop type, region, and country. Contribute to updates on economic and portfolio models, helping refine long-term strategic planning assumptions. Gain hands-on experience in evaluating global investment opportunities and developing impactful financial analyses.
Required Qualifications:
Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and extensive financial analysis.
Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills to articulate insights clearly.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
