What is the opportunity?

To join as an Analyst within the European Consumer, Retail and Leisure team within investment banking. You will support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity and other financial advisory services.

What will you do?

Assisting in the execution of mandated dealsAssisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materialsGathering public information through numerous sourcesCreating financial model analysesAnalyzing company performance on an absolute and relative basisDrafting marketing documents for clientsProducing and maintaining various databasesGeneral researchProvide support to other transaction teams as required.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

University degree or equivalentExtensive investment banking experience or equivalentStrong analytical skills (financial modelling)Strong verbal and written communication skillsComputer software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPointHardworking, enthusiastic, and professional work ethicKnowledge of Investment Banking services and the ability to apply them creatively to diverse client needs.Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

An additional European language/would be an advantage.
