What is the opportunity?
To provide Investment Banking services (M&A, ECM, DCM and leverage finance) to corporate and private equity clients within industrial and business services team.What will you do?
To assist in the marketing and execution of M&A, equity financing and debt financing transactionsTo work in close co-operation with other local and global teams in coverage of the Industrials and Business Services sectorTo assist in the development of relationships with, and generate revenue from, corporates and private equity clientsAssisting in execution of mandated dealsAssisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materialsGathering public information through numerous sourcesCreating financial model analysesAnalysing company performance on an absolute and relative basisDrafting marketing documents for clientsProducing and maintaining various databasesGeneral researchWhat do you need to succeed?
Must have
Experience within an Investment Banking Sector Coverage Team or within a Transaction Advisory Consultancy TeamAn understanding of the sector, the key players, strategic dynamics as well as the current issues facing the sector would be desirableSound judgment and a comprehensive understanding of the valuation approaches typically used in the sectorExperience with valuation analysis including trading and transaction comps, DCF and LBO modelingNice to have
Additional European language skillsCFA level 1, 2 or 3 or ACA is desirableWhat is in it for you?
