Investment Banking Analyst - Consumer & Retail (C&R) New York, United States of America Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements: + Provides support to senior bankers. + Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis and drafting. + Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis. + Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analysis. + Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations. + Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.
