We are seeking a highly motivated experienced Investment Banking Associate with at least two years of Investment Banking or equivalent experience to join our Defense & Government team in Tysons Corner, VA. Baird’s 20+ person dedicated Defense & Government team is recognized as a leading M&A advisor to the sector. Since 2021 advised 60 transactions totaling over $28 billion in transaction value.

 
As an Investment Banking Associate, you will: 

Play an integral role on investment banking teams, providing execution support to for public equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other financial advisory services for clients across a number of sectors. Lead the preparation of company valuations, financial models, company marketing documents and client presentations in addition to performing research and various analyses in support of new business generation. Hone your skills by working closely with senior bankers and client senior management on a variety of transactions.

Additional Details: 

Compensation Information: 

Min: $200,000 - $200,000 Max Annual Salary Bonus Eligible 

*Compensation and bonus are commensurate with experience, performance and/or GIB’s profitability
