**Responsibilities**
+ Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A or capital market transactions
+ Interact with senior team members and client management teams on a daily basis to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives
+ Defining, guiding and reviewing detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analyses
+ Defining, guiding and reviewing detailed combination and other financial analyses in the context of M&A transactions or pitch situations
+ Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to Associates and Analysts
+ Participate in graduate recruiting
**Required Qualifications**
+ Undergraduate Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Economics, etc.)
+ Series 7 & 63 (within six months of employment)
+ Strong quantitative skills, including financial modeling and financial statement analysis
+ Quantitatively and financially oriented, possessing the ability to succinctly express ideas
+ Strong team player with a positive can-do attitude and desire to be part of a close-knit group operating in an intensive and challenging work environment
+ Excellent organization, communication and research skills
+ Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Prior work experience in investment banking
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $175,000 to $225,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
