Main Responsibilties:

Assist the Investment Banking Head and/or the Senior Investment Banking Officer in the identification, origination, execution, and syndication of assigned Investment Banking transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform detailed financial analysis, financial modeling, and valuation of subject companies and transactions; and present findings and recommendations. Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research and analysis. Prepare deal marketing documents such as pitch books, teasers, confidential information memorandums, and management and investor presentations. Deliver clear and compelling presentations to clients, investors, and internal stakeholders. Participate in client/ investor meetings, due diligence, and the preparation, review, and execution of transaction documents in coordination with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders. Ensure deal compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Assist in the preparation of internal reports and presentations, and management of internal client/ transaction files. Collaborate with other departments to support business development efforts. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that will support organizational goals and objectives.
