Responsibilities:

Managing support activities in various Trade booking platformsWorking hands-on to investigate and resolve issues across systemsWorking with cross functional teams across regions to resolve production issues, troubleshooting problems, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring smooth operation of software and systems through maintenance and integrationsCommunicate closely with internal/ external stakeholders such as Deal Team, Operations desk, etc., during life cycle eventsDevelop scripts to automate daily manual activities Be part of an enriching team and solve real Production engineering challenges.Be a bridge between Business and key stakeholders

  

Qualifications:
