Your role. 

This position will be responsible for providing various analytical and data-driven components for the development of M&A transactions. Specifically, the manager’s role focuses on overseeing the financial modeling, industry and company research, and preparation of selling documents, and other transaction-related documents in collaboration with a team of analysts. Your work will include, but not be limited to:


Oversight and accuracy of analyst duties, including review of modeling, research methodology, and presentations Assist in hiring and training new analysts Liaison between deal teams in the US and analysts in India Staffing analyst team in India across a variety of projects Aid in analyst performance reviews Researching industries and/or companies to be used for prospective buyer's lists, industry overviews, general knowledge, buying trends, and practice development Developing and manipulating financial models and/or valuations for financing, structure, and cash flow feasibility Assist in the preparation of client presentations and pitch materials Other ad hoc research and presentation tasks

Education & Experience

Bachelors’ or Masters’ Degree in Accounting or Finance IPCC/PE II cleared and /or MBA Finance would be preferred4+ years post-qualification experience with demonstrated knowledge of working in a similar function
