Our Vice Presidents play an important role in developing and strengthening our client relationships, leading our advisory teams and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions.

 

Qualifications

Investment banking or equivalent experienceMaster’s Degree and 4+ years of investment banking experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of investment banking or equivalent experienceExperience with buy-side and sell-side M&A, equity and debt financing transactions requiredStrong track record of executing M&A and financing transactions in an investment banking advisory roleHistory of outstanding academic and professional achievementPassion for the middle market space and working with a range of public and private clients​Excellent communication and presentation skillsSolid work ethic, motivation level, and strong attention to detailPersonal integrity, initiative and leadership qualitiesCapacity to interact and build relationships with a wide range of people and act as a point of contact

 

 

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $150000-$300000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
