We’re seeking an experienced Investment Banking Vice President to join our Real Estate Team in Tysons Corner, VA.
As an Investment Banking Vice President, you will:
Assist senior bankers in the business development effort.
Lead transaction execution teams.
Work primarily on debt and equity capital market mandates (IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, bond offerings, etc.), institutional private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial advisory services for clients across the Real Estate sector.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of prior real estate investment banking experience and the proven ability to lead the execution effort on a variety of complex capital markets and M&A transactions.
Candidates must also display excellent client relationship skills and an ability to learn in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Prior real estate investment banking experience is required. An MBA or JD degree is preferred.
