Job role
The Investment Guideline Management (IGM) Surveillance team is part of the Global Legal & Compliance department. This team ensures that regulatory, client and internal investment restrictions for European retail and institutional funds are compliant. IGM considers itself partners to Portfolio Management, Client Services and Product teams to achieve excellence across the entire Investment Guideline process chain.
What you will do
Responsible for actively supporting the team in its daily business as well as project works. This mainly comprises:
Regular investment guideline monitoring tasks for specified Jurisdictions by assessing alerts. Liaise with stakeholders to conclude alerts and record instances. The support of change projects (e.g. robotics process automation, analysis tasks, management reporting, documentation etc.) Proactively improve our run processes. Performing quality control checks for the Surveillance team
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related area Relevant work experience in multinational companies e.g. in finance, controlling, etc. Have minimum 2-3 years’ experience in investment guideline monitoring and have exposure of at least one compliance system such as Thinkfolio, Simcorp, Bloomberg, CMGR or MiG21 Have a Finance or legal academic background Have good command of Microsoft Office tools, in particular MS Excel
