NEW YORK OR CHARLOTTE   INTERNATIONAL AMLAW 50 has immediate openings for Investment Funds Associates with at least 4 years experience.    These positions may be resident in the Charlotte or New York offices.    Top Tier law school required. Excellent academic credentials (Top 20% of class). A background in investment management and fund formation is required.   Excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit required. 

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on matters related to the Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act. Provide support for a variety of closed-end funds, including drafting and negotiating key fund documents. Work closely with a collaborative team to deliver exceptional legal solutions for clients. Handle matters involving open-end funds and ETFs, contributing to the firm's comprehensive investment funds practice.

This position may be filled in New York City.  In accordance with the New York City Human Rights Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $235,000 to $310,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. This range is specific to New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
