The Investment Manager will provide services across investment analysis, portfolio management, securities trading, and oversight of financial technology tools. The role will include the delivery of personal and institutional client investment services and work closely with Practice Leader and associated Asset Management division team members of MMA. They will provide investment management services concerning client portfolios and prospective opportunities.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Practice Leader and President of the asset management business to ensure a high-quality investment experience for clients.
Investment related duties including research, evaluation and development of various investment ideas in the public markets across multiple asset classes including the equity, fixed income and alternatives.
Maintain and enhance execution of the firm’s individual portfolios and models.
Monitor portfolio performance and provide insights related to outcomes.
Utilized financial and investment technology tools throughout the investment process.
Collaborate among the Investment Management and Relationship Management teams on projects and timely tasks in service of clients and prospects.
Prepare portfolio related presentations, attend client calls/meetings, and present firm related guidance.
Ensure a quality experience and engagement for existing clients, and convey the firm’s investment related services to new client opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
Undergraduate degree or the equivalent work experience
CFA certificate holder is a requirement.
Licensure as an IAR (series 65) or FINRA Series
High proficiency with MS Excel, are bonus qualifications. 5 to 10 years or more experience in the financial services field is preferred. Seeking a person who can collaborate, accept and enhance tasks, and is self-motivated.
