- Development of communication network with real estate firms in target areas to access hidden property opportunities.
1. Profile and Modeling:
- Investment Profile for Civil Opportunities Based on Market, Financial and Risk Indicators.
- Negotiate with the creators and owners to identify and attract off -market investment opportunities (Off -Market Opportunities).
1. Analysis and Content:
- Seasonal analytical reports from the Market Outlook Report using market data from real estate developers and real estate networks.
- Participation in the formulation of managerial reports and economic analysis in real estate.
