Investment Performance Analysis, Officer

Who we are looking for

Join our Performance and Analytics team and collaborate with some of North America’s top asset managers and institutional organizations. You will work with and directly service investment staff on their performance product suite. You will engage with client and other State Street teams to define ongoing account and plan structure changes, review and interpret results and optimize the use of online data tools. You will add value through client level reviews and proactively make recommendations on industry best practices.

The team you will be joining is a part of the State Street Global Delivery Client Service function providing Performance and Analytics support to our asset management and asset owner clients across North America. Global Delivery gives asset managers and owners access to the essential financial information and tools they need to make effective investment decisions.

What you will be responsible for

As an Investment Performance Client Service Specialist you will

· Provide first class client service and work effectively with client stakeholders · Have shared responsibility for client satisfaction across clients of varying sizes and complexities

· Champion client facing technology and make recommendations to maximize efficiencies

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper metrics are achieved and with a focus on continued process improvement

· Communicate, manage, execute, monitor and review change management

Education & Preferred Qualifications

· BS/BA in accounting, finance or economics related area

· 5+ years of Investment Performance and Analytics experience · CFA / CIPM preferred

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $102,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
