Investment Performance Analytics Data Consultant
Aon is looking for an Investment Performance Analytics Data Consultant in Atlanta, GA or Chicago, IL Job Responsibilities Calculate composite performance for a series of investment portfolios and proprietary funds Gather, format, and manipulate data on a daily, quarterly, and annual basis to deliver reporting to clients Assist with quarterly and annual audits and data verification processes to confirm compliance with standards and regulations Provide other internal reporting and ad hoc investor requests as required Quality assurance of input data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Document and maintain all procedure documents Prepare and organize data and reports using Excel and custom composite performance software Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, mathematics, data science 1+ years of experience within financial services or accounting, preferably with performance calculation experience CFA or CIPM track is preferred, but not required Familiarity with the GIobal Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) is preferred but not required Excellent analytical, problem solving, data management skills Proficiency in a team environment requiring strong communication and balancing ongoing work with urgent client requests Must be highly functional with the MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work independently on multiple projects and manage deadlines from various stakeholders Excellent planning and organization skills Good oral and written communications skills The position will require overtime as needed; the individual must have the flexibility to work additional hours with little or no notice How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce. The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $80,000 to $111,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
