Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Investment Portfolio Associate in Long Beach, California. This role is primarily focused on the financial industry, where the successful candidate will utilize mathematical and statistical methods to evaluate data and influence investment decisions. Responsibilities: • Utilize mathematical models to analyze market trends and asset pricing • Identify potential investment risks and devise strategies to manage them • Provide informed guidance to assist in making optimal investment decisions • Perform stress tests on investment portfolios to ensure stability and profitability • Select investments based on specific ratio analysis • Leverage expertise in ETFs, Bonds, Mutual funds, and Stocks to optimize portfolio performance • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools to manage accounting functions • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy • Perform Auditing tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must for this role. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is highly desirable. • Familiarity with CaseWare will be advantageous. • Knowledge of Concur is expected from the candidate. • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential. • Ability to carry out Accounting Functions effectively is required. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary. • Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is expected. • Experience in Auditing is crucial for the role. • Expertise in Bank Reconciliations is required.
