Job Summary: The Investment Product Consultant serves as a subject matter expert and key liaison between the Investment Product Services Team, the Investment Products and Research Team, financial professionals, and product sponsors. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service and expertise related to investment product offerings, ensuring timely and accurate support, and maintaining strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders. Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive salary, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits Essential Duties In this role, you will: Partner with the Investment Product Services Team and the Investment Products and Research Team to provide seamless service and guidance to financial professionals regarding available product and product company offerings. Maintain a strong understanding of current industry trends, product structures, and regulatory requirements relevant to departmental investment products. Serve as a knowledge team member, supporting the Investment Product Services team with technical expertise on product requirements and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and requests from financial professionals. Proactively manage relationships with Investment Product Sponsors, including maintaining product availability lists, coordinating ongoing reviews, and facilitating effective communication. Act as a resource for financial professionals and product companies by delivering accurate and timely product information for CIR and related platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product-related questions and assist financial professionals in navigating complex product scenarios. Contribute to the development and maintenance of tools, training resources, and procedures to enhance the efficiency and consistency of product support services. Education & Experience The ideal candidate would possess an intermediate level of experience, typically around 3+ years of experience in investment products (including mutual funds, annuities, alternative investments, etc.) and industry regulations within the financial services realm. Preferred Skills Compensation: 45,000 - $60,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
