Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Investment Program Manager who will take on the investment management of CTO 2 Product Lines for the Foundational Platforms.
Responsibilities:
Investment Management:
Portfolio Finance support
Manage Finance Operations ( Planning, Budgeting, TCO support)
Financial Forecasting and Budgeting
Manage Portfolio Risk & Issues Management ( finance analyses, problems solving). Measure BC performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Manage Portfolio Reporting & Dashboarding support/ Data Mining
Budget Management support
Support Value Team Backlog Management contribution
Lead Financial Controlling and Analysis (Value Team Budgeting, PL Budgeting, Variance Analysis)
Organization Performance Management:
Support Portfolio Toolset
Support Financial Training and User Upskilling
Support Definition and management of KPIs
Workforce Planning:
Manage Workforce Planning and Utilization
Resource Management
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Vendor management
Manage Vendor SOW and Vendor Purchase Orders
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Delivery support:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of BC initiatives representing Product Lines
Ensure that all Product Lines Investment budgets are managed on timely basis within scope and within budget
Establish the Product line Governance - confirming of and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
Manage changes to the BC scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques and monitoring it in Forecasting system
Successfully manage the relationship with the internal IT and business client and all stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Very good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in integration and DevSecOps
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
