Investment Services Operations Leader
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investment Solutions team at Mercer. This role will be based in Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Investment Services Operations Leader will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the operational functions of investment services, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in all aspects of Investment Operations and regulatory compliance.
We will count on you to:
Lead the design, documentation, and oversight of investment operations processes, ensuring alignment with established standards and regulatory requirementsIdentify and implement improvements to operational processes to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and service qualitySupport and mentor the investment services teams, providing training and development opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with client teams, understanding and solving for their unique needs and objectivesWhat you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field; or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) preferredProven experience in investment services operations or related fieldsStrong understanding of investment products, services, and regulatory requirementsWhat makes you stand out:
