Position Responsibilities:
Conduct trade execution and operation support
Responsible for execution and monitoring of equity trades - ensure all trades are properly and accurately executed and timely
Responsible for cash flow projection and ensure sufficient funds for trade settlement, fees payment and creation and cancellation payment for all the funds
Assist and support investment management team in generating investment research / portfolio management related data analytics
Assist and support investment management team in producing client servicing investment related collaterals on regular and ad-hoc basis
Required Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and understanding of equities, equity related securities, derivatives, fixed income securities, money market and FX
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to handle complex problems and to provide effective recommendations
Good understanding of the process and procedures of portfolio management, middle office and back office in asset management industry
Strong communications skill to deal with various internal and external parties
