Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns, managing strategy, creative and media briefings, execution, budgeting, and reporting.Collaborate with Brand, Growth, and Product leads to achieve short and long-term objectives.Ensure compliance with relevant marketing channel legislations in partnership with Controls teams.Optimize ongoing marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and engagement.Measure campaign effectiveness, collaborate with agencies for PCA’s, and use data to refine strategies.Work with stakeholders across commercial, product management, and central marketing teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing plans.Employ agile methodologies, including sprints and fortnightly progress reporting.Collaborate with research teams to derive insights and deliver structured reports with actionable insights.Partner with agencies and internal teams to execute plans, ensuring activities meet brand standards, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate with internal teams to manage product and feature launches, ensuring timely and scoped delivery.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
In-depth knowledge of media landscape, channels, and trends.Proven experience in developing and leading marketing plans and TTL campaigns in agile environments.Strong analytical skills with experience in using consumer and product data to inform marketing decisions.Ability to lead complex programs and activate go-to-market plans.Excellent organisation, communication, and influencing skills in a digital-first, agile environment.Creative and collaborative mindset with the ability to generate and adapt ideas to meet product and marketing goals.Experience working with diverse stakeholders to achieve common objectives.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
