About the team:

As part of Corporate Controlling, we manage and coordinate the strategic and operational planning process of ZF Group. We work closely with divisions, domains, and other finance departments.

 

What you can look forward to as Investments Controller: 

Coordinate and manage the approval process for investment projects at ZF Group level; Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to align investment decisions; Preparation and cooperation of the Investment Committee and BOM Presentation; Improve investment processes related to planning, approval, and reporting at ZF Group level together with IT; Lead Investments Experts Group with participants from all Divisions; Develop and introduce new procedures and methods for investment controlling; Provide advice and support, maintaining continuous dialogue with corporate functions, divisions, and regions on investment management topics; Collaborate in the further development of the ZF group costing tool "ProfitCalc."; Assist in coordinating planning reports for the Chief Financial Officer before Management Board meetings; Improve investment guidelines in cooperation with domains and divisions, presenting results to relevant bodies.

 

Your Profile as Investments Controller:

 

Degree in business administration, finance, controlling or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. Conceptual and goal-oriented mindset with excellent analytical skills; Knowledge of SAP (ERP/BW) as a plus; Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Strong verbal and written English communication skills; Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
