Job Summary: 

We are seeking an Investments & Reporting Lead to join our Corporate FP&A team, in support of the global Information Technology (IT) and Digital Risk (DR) functions.  This newly created role will focus on the financial planning and execution of IT/DR investments, to drive forecast accuracy while serving as the key finance partner for business case evaluations, modeling, and preparations.  Additionally, this role will be crucial in supporting the preparation and consolidation of various IT/DR financial reports, headcount tracking and planning, along with other ad hoc reporting requirements.  The ideal candidate is a proactive and curious self-starter, with a keen sense of urgency, time management, and customer focus.  This role will demand a solid understanding of financial and accounting concepts, with the ability to lead and execute continuous improvement and automation initiatives within the team.  This role will report directly to the Finance Manager – Enterprise IT, be based in Davidson, NC, and designated as a Hybrid position.

 

Responsibilities:

Support the strategic planning process focused on key investments and related benefitsServe as the financial thought partner for business case evaluation, financial modeling, etc. Assist in prioritization of capital investments that enable revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficienciesDevelop and manage Investment-related capital and expense plans to include R&O’s, quarterly forecasts, annual operating plan (AOP) and long-term strategic plans (LRP)Collaborate with functional partners to drive forecast accuracy throughout the investment planning and execution cyclesManage and perform assigned month-end close activities such as accruals, reclasses, capital entries (where applicable), ensuring accuracy and timeliness, in accordance with internal FICAP and GAAPUnderstand operational inputs and procurement processes that impact accounting and forecastingParticipate in and support the Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR), Contract Management reviews, and various other operational reviews and updates as related to InvestmentsOwn the preparation, consolidation, and delivery of high-quality financial reporting, including but not limited to:   IT/DR Investments, Actuals/Budget results (Corporate & Enterprise), Business & Operations Reviews (B&O), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Headcount, and Productivity trackingActively lead and execute continuous process improvement, standardization, and modernization initiatives to streamline processes and drive operational efficiencies

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting-related field required7+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or FP&A experience (or any combination) Experience with forecasting cycles and annual/long range planningDemonstrated experience in financial modeling, business case preparation/analysis, and reportingAdvanced Excel knowledge required; analytics, predictive modeling, and/or experience with data and visual platforms (e.g. Tableau) highly valuedExperience with Oracle, One Stream, PPM/UMT360 desired

Where is the work: 

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.  

Compensation:    

Base Pay Range: $ 121,500-152,500
