This role focuses on communication and networking, profile, modeling and content. > - Networking and Development of Communications:
- Identifying and communicating with companies, large organizations and wealthy people (High Net Worth Individuals) with the potential to invest in real estate management.
- Implementation of the communications development process including identification, marketing, information, holding meetings and maintaining long -term relationships.
- Profile and Implementation of Investment Opportunities:
- Preparing and setting investment profiles for companies and individuals including facilities, resources, assets and related features.
- Matchmaking Model profiles and adapting the opportunities to them.
- Content Production and Marketing:
- Active participation in Content Production Teams to create content -based marketing strategies.
- Developing managerial reports and providing financial and economic analysis to investors.
