Join our Investor Relations team at Nexans, where we drive the company's financial communication strategy and connect with the investment community to highlight Nexans' leadership in electrification and sustainability. As a key part of the Finance function, our team supports strategic decision-making by engaging with investors, analysts, and ESG specialists, ensuring Nexans remains at the forefront of the electrification industry. We are looking for a new team member to strengthen our efforts and contribute to our mission of powering the world sustainably.
GETTING A FLYING START
As an Investor Relations Manager, you will play a critical role in preparing financial publications, managing communication events, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your work will directly support Nexans by enhancing its visibility in the capital markets, maintaining accurate financial communication, and driving investor confidence in the company’s strategic goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Sustainability, ensuring a holistic approach to stakeholder engagement.
HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Deliver clear and accurate financial publications, including press releases and investor presentations. Organize and participate in results presentations, roadshows, and conferences to showcase Nexans' achievements and vision. Build trusted relationships with investors, analysts, and ESG specialists by providing timely responses and insightful communication. Monitor financial markets and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making and enhance competitive intelligence. Collaborate with the Sustainability team to align ESG ratings with Nexans' sustainability initiatives.YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN
A degree in Finance or a related field with at least 7 years of experience in investor relations or finance in a listed company. Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Fluency in English and French, both oral and written, for effective communication with global stakeholders. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A passion for financial markets and a keen interest in sustainability and ESG practices.
