Title: Investor Relations Manager Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite) Summary: The Investor Relations Manager will help to serve as the voice of NCR Voyix, as a publicly traded company, to investors, analysts and other members of the financial community. Key Responsibilities: + ​ Work with the VP, Investor Relations to manage all aspects of the Investor Relations function for NCR Voyix, a leading global provider of digital commerce solutions. + Coordinate the quarterly earnings process from the Investor Relations perspective, including: + Collaborate with NCR Voyix’s Corporate Finance team and participate in the preparation of all related external communications related to NCR Voyix’s financial results, such as the earnings presentation, and Forms 10-K and 10-Q. + Coordinate review meetings with senior management and business heads to review quarterly updates and formulate key messages to shareholders and financial analysts. + Prepare the company’s quarterly earnings call script, slide presentation, metrics file and Q&A materials. + Continually enhance NCR Voyix’s financial disclosure to increase transparency and improve market understanding of NCR Voyix’s business. + Develop, maintain and enhance all aspects of communication with the financial community: + Plan and execute all external current/prospective shareholder engagement activities, including virtual meetings, on-site meetings, non-deal roadshows and sellside conference appearances. + Foster and maintain relationships with current and prospective institutional shareholders and sell-side research teams. + Present NCR Voyix’s businesses, including product and services offering, market positioning, growth strategies, material transactions and financial results to the financial community. + Formulate and strengthen NCR Voyix’s strategic messages to current/prospective shareholders with effective presentation collateral. + Help develop and maintain NCR Voyix’s investor relations and related communications strategies, including positioning and intended messaging to the financial markets. + Monitor and review sell-side reports and financial models prepared by sell-side research analysts, and work with Corporate Finance team to prepare comparisons to internal forecasts and industry peers. + Prepare CFO and other members of senior management for meetings with current/prospective shareholders. + Assist with collection of information relating to stock market and investor/analyst areas to be shared with senior management and the company’s Board of Directors. + Assist with other special projects for senior management as needed. Basic Qualifications: + Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience. + Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. + Demonstrated a high level of business acumen. + Excellent Communication and Presentation skills required.
