HUGO BOSS is a world market leader in the premium fashion and luxury segment of the apparel market.  The Savannah Distribution Center currently operates as a Foreign Trade Zone and receives/ships approximately 8M units to approximately 100 Retail stores and over 300 Wholesale points of sale.

The Invoice Audit Coordinator is responsible for reviewing invoice charges for accuracy and errors on incoming freight, and reaching out to appropriate parties for resolution in a timely and efficient manner.

 

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

\n\n\n\tAudit freight bills ensuring rates, fees, and terms are correct.\n\tExamine various documents such as shipment documents (Pre-Alert, BOLs, commercial invoice, packing list), sales invoices, SAP system correspondences, customs entry and clearance forms. \n\tIdentify and investigate billing errors.\n\tUpdate and maintain ATL receiving spreadsheet with invoice number, value, invoice amount, freight and duty paid information.\n\tRetrieve required paperwork from forwarder/broker portal.  \n\tManage recordkeeping to ensure data is current, orderly, and filed in itemized manner; including retention of all correspondence and other records relating to customs business.\n\tProvide additional support to import team as needed.\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tHigh School Degree or equivalent required.  Completion of any industry-related courses is preferred\n\t1+ year(s) working experience at HUGO BOSS or in another distribution center environment\n\tPrevious experience in related field (i.e. hiring department) is preferred\n\tFor those positions with direct reports, previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred\n\tWillingness to take on new challenges and expand beyond current role\n\tOutstanding written and verbal communication skills in a diverse environment; able to effectively communicate with multiple levels of the organization\n\tMust be comfortable working with individuals of various languages and cultures\n\tFlexible; Able to prioritize multiple initiatives with a strict focus on deadlines; strong sense of urgency\n\tFantastic team player, able to partner with associates throughout the organization\n\tStrong knowledge of the Savannah DC WMS (EWM), W&H Material Handling System, SAP, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint\n
