We have an exciting opportunity for a Invoice Process Analyst III to join our best in class team!  In this role you will be responsible for more complex invoice processing scenarios as well as resolving accounts payable inquiries as needed.  You will also support invoice processing analysts in training and resolving query questions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: (Primary Duties and Responsibilities)

Resolve queries and exceptions related to invoice processing (both internally and externally)Handle more complex invoicing activities (i.e., applications, mass uploads, invoices requiring unique handling)Assist Invoice Processing Analysts in resolving queries, incidents and exceptions related to invoice processingAct as surge support for invoice scanning, entry, and processingMonitor exception queues for new technologies

QUALIFICATIONS (Required Experience, Education, Licenses, and Certifications)

2+ years of accounts payable or related experienceMinimum Associates degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: (Examples below)

Working knowledge of financial and accounting ERP systemsKnowledge of Accounts Payable processes and principlesUnderstanding of standard operating proceduresProven knowledge of systems, applications, operating tools and metricsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detail

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Perform sedentary work- exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
