Key responsibilities:

Conduct Market Discovery – thoroughly document business requirements and processes in digestible formats and templatesTranslate ‘Discovery’ features into a prioritised roadmap, well-defined product requirements including epics, user stories, and acceptance test criteriaCollaborate with cross functional team– SAP, marketing, ecommerce, architecture, designers, solution owners, data, analytics, to ensure a suitable ‘customer mindset’ solution is agreed onManage and run requirements workshops with Business and IT stakeholdersTranslate requirements into user stories or specifications that can be worked on by developersMaintain backlog of requirements and ensure requirements meet the products definition of readyPresent the requirements to large audiences and be prepared for Q&AUnderstand the end-to-end solution, (technology, data, process) and be able to demonstrate to stakeholdersChallenge the status quo and push for standardisation and out of the box solutionsMaintenance of Product backlog in Agile Management Software (Jira, Azure Dev Ops)Ability to own projects and work with global teams.Lead the business use cases for the data and analytics workstream from envisioning through the analytics product delivery lifecycle 

Skillset required:

At least 5 years of experience in a solution focussed team (Project/Product)Strong written and spoken English, knowledge of Chinese or other languages is preferredExperience in working with Invoice to Cash applications (Esker, Highradius) Salesforce, MuleSoft, SAP platforms as a BA or super-user level, certification is preferredAgile experience desired including previous use of JIRA, Azure Dev OpsProven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindsetAbility to understand technical designsMust have a strong business/operational process experience with a flair for process improvement and ongoing process changesDigital, Marketing Technology, and Analytics solutions for websites knowledge is preferred Preferred knowledge of marketing data for performance management (ie, google analytics, salesforce marketing cloud, learning platforms, advertising performance, customer behaviour)Client-ready presentations via PowerpointLEAN SIX SIGMA accreditation preferredExperience with tools such as Visio, Lucid Chart, Power BI, Google Data Studio, other visualization toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to partner with and influence global functions, markets, and external partners to deliver on our commitments Experience working with Global CPG customersomain Knowledge in Retail, Order management, Finance, Credit management and respective process areas preferredAbility to work in European time-zone
