Invoice to Cash Team Lead, Cash Application
The Cash Applications Team Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing the cash applications, CN-DN and reporting process for specific business MRCs and markets in Asia Pacific serviced by JNJ Global service Finance Manila. This position reports to the Cash Applications Supervisor. Major Duties & Responsibilities Approximate Percentage of Time Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities 50% + Monitors the complete and timely processing of payments, CNDN and AR reports + Assigns daily work priorities based on work volume, processing requirements and deadlines. + Manages and monitors AR team performance on a regular basis to ensure that service levels and targets are met; and take corrective action when required + Proactively identifies and rectifies errors/causes of errors and resolve complex or critical process issues which go beyond Cash Applications specialist’s capabilities 20% + Trains and supervises Cash Applications Specialists in department policies and procedures. 15% + Assists Cash Apps Supervisor in driving process improvements with the Cash Applications and Reporting process. 8% + Support internal or external audits as needed. + Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Cash Apps Supervisor 7% + Support internal or external audits as needed. + Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Cash Apps Supervisor + Ensures all process documentations are current. **Qualifications** Required Minimum Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or Equivalent Required Years of Related Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Accounting, FP&A or controlling Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: (Include any required computer skills, certifications, licenses, languages, etc.) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP (SAP preferred). Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills. Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable
