Responsibilities
The Invoice to Pay (I2P) Business Partner role is key to ensuring a seamless I2P service delivery for our internal and external stakeholders, enhancing end-user experience (business and finance functions and vendors), by acting as a link between the operation and the stakeholders.
This role can be further detailed into the following key objectives, but not limited to:
Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to the organization’s values and objectives. Actively participate in center-related and companywide initiatives.Projects / Continuous Improvement: To actively pursue and drive / support continuous improvement in I2P processes, users’ behaviors and KPIs to drive effectiveness & efficiency. Provide support / lead specific strategic, I2P portfolio and/or LTO (license to operate) projectsStakeholder management: To effectively identify, analyze, and prioritize stakeholder needs and manage expectations to ensure strategic alignment and project success. To foster positive relationships through transparent communication, proactive engagement, and continuous feedback loops to mitigate risks and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.KPIs: To ensure stringent focus & control on payments KPIs (compliance, correctness & timeliness) by providing support, guidance and resolution to relevant teams involved. Develop and implement ways to improve KPI outcomes, including process optimization and error reduction initiatives. Provide guidance and support to I2P Operations teams to address and resolve issues impacting KPI performance.Compliance: Ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures (SPDs) are followed and aligned with the current regulatory requirements; regularly review and update country Business Operating Procedures (BOPs) and actively work on eliminating process exceptions. Implement corrective actions and enhancements to maintain compliance across all I2P processes.Knowledge Development: Create and maintain an accessible knowledge base for I2P processes and systems. Organize training sessions and knowledge sharing activities to enhance the expertise of the I2P users and end-users.Company Description

It is essential for this position:
Advanced student or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Advanced verbal and written English skills.SAP knowledge; Invoice Automation like VIM preferredCan do attitude, able to work independently with minimal direction/supervision.Comfort in working in a global business environment that is undergoing process and technology changes.Relevant experience in finance and /or finance operations, preferably in sizeable companies or multinational environments.Experience in managing change, implementing new procedures, and re-engineering processes.Good interpersonal and organizational skills, able to communicate effectively within various levels within the organization.Be part of the Syngenta Experience
