Job Description The primary responsibility is to bill the correct customer with the accurate invoice amount, settle shipments in a timely manner and confirm charges as needed. Responsibilities * Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to all customers via email and phone. * Open all incoming mail and sort by invoice and back up paperwork. * Collaborate with other associates when assistance is needed on billing. * Provide daily billing information in order to track progress. * Keep Manager aware of any shipments that need special attention. * Monitor the shipment POD date. * Other duties and projects, as assigned. * Scan back up paperwork into document storage system (OnBase). Requirements Education: * Bachelor's Degree in Business, preferred Experience: * Prior billing experience, preferred Computer Skills: * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Competencies: * Accuracy and Attention to Detail * Effective Communications * Financial Services Management * Flexibility and Adaptability * Information Capture * Managing Multiple Priorities * Problem Solving * Relationship Management Other Details Work Hours: * Generally, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
