Invoicing Customer Service Coordinator

About the role:

As a part of our Billing team, you will specialize in processing payments and billing customers. You will work within a designated group where we will train you to deliver expertise in the areas of invoicing, payment resolution, audit, specialized billing and large customer support.

What you’ll be doing:

\n\nProcess incoming paperwork for billing and accounts payable\nReview all documents for accuracy while ensuring they are filled out completely\nMake outbound calls to resolve paperwork issues \nCommunicate with sales teams and customers to help resolve any billing discrepancies\nAnswer incoming calls and connect them to the appropriate team\n\n


What you need:

\n\nAbility to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through completion\nExcellent communication skills with great attention to detail\nProficient with Microsoft Office products\nThe desire to be a part of TQL while contributing to our continued growth\nExperience in bookkeeping, clerical accounting, AP/AR or general office support preferred\n\n
